SCS Global Certification

Most of the furniture selections in out project have a certification from SCS Global which is an ANSI Accredited Product Certification.

I was looking for clarification on the LEED definition of "system's furniture". System's furniture in the interiors world typically means a panel based workstation and it's components.

we're considering using a furniture system component which has been tested thru ANSI/BIFMA M7.1-2011, not 2007.

One project is purchasing Greenguard certified workstation (panel), however my client told me that the metal legs are going to be provided by other vendor.

I haven't found any other discussions about this - apologies if I missed it somewhere: my client is a custom furniture manufacturer and they are bidding on a LEED CI project.
