I'm hoping someone has found a good pathway for wood ceilings in LEED v4 and can share. The CDPH test includes a formaldehyde test which of course all wood contains.

Batt insulation adhesive

If an adhesive is used to secure batt insulation, I would think that adhesive also needs to be included in the group 1 section for sealants and adhesives. Is that correct?

Has anyone found a sanded grout that doen't have silica sand in it? It seems like our only option is to go with an unsanded grout or something more expensive....

We used a product that has more than 1% carcinogen content. Is it possible to budget carcinogens in the same way that products containing more than the allowable limit of VOCs can be budgeted?
