Looking for some clarification when it comes to the campus approach for credit SSc2.

We are currently attempting to achieve SSc2 Development Density + Connectivity on a University Campus for the construction of a number of student housing units.

Does anyone have experience documenting an exchange office as a bank for the purposes of this credit? Thanks in advance!
