If we follow all the SMACA guidelines strictly, is it possible to earn the low VOC credit as well ?

What is the criteria for triggering duct testing and cleaning reports for both plans?

The contractor would like to install the HVAC equipment although the roof is not on the building yet.

My Mechancial Contractor for a project submitted an IAQ Plan referencing the National Air Duct Cleaning Association's procedures for cleaning ductwork. I know that the IEQc3.1 is based on SMACNA.

For the final cleaning bid package, in our specifications, there is no language requiring that the chemicals used have to be low VOC.
