Filtration Media MERV 9

Is filtration media MERV 9 allowed during construction?  This is in addition to the MERV 8 filters for the AHU's.

Ductwork Cleaning Standards

My Mechancial Contractor for a project submitted an IAQ Plan referencing the National Air Duct Cleaning Association's procedures for cleaning ductwork. I know that the IEQc3.1 is based on SMACNA.

Final Cleaning

For the final cleaning bid package, in our specifications, there is no language requiring that the chemicals used have to be low VOC.
