Organizations that provide offsite conservation

Hello, we have a project that is looking to acheieve SSc5 by signing a contract with a thrid-party conservationist. We have numbers from TNC but need required to collect 2 more quotes.

Accounting for natural, undisturbed vegetation

We have a natural creek with undisturbed vegetation growing on both sides as part of our project boundary, and I was wondering if the calculation is the same for plantings on site?

If the project team plans to install vegetated roof, can they earn both credits (SSc5 and SSc7.2) provided the installation meets the required area for landscaping?

How to handle offsite area owned by building owner

The credit form is asking for a contract with the owner of the off-site property.
