I am working with a convention center that is currently Silver certified under the v2009 EBOM rating system. 

I will assume most are aware that Portfolio Manager has suspended applications for Energy Star Certification from September 2018 until early 2019.  As a requirement for EAc1 to be earned,

If a 6,000,000 square foot hotel/casino is more than 50% hotel space, are they required to use Option 1 - Portfolio Manager to get an Energy Star rating?

This is an industrial manufacturing facility, and we have filed our data online with Energy Star as Other-Other.

On an upcoming LEED EBOM project approaching the performance we have had lots of problems with the exclusive ATC contractor (a major international company) correcting control and programing problem

Our project is below 5,000sf which makes it automatically not eligible for an ENERGY STAR rating. There are two distinct space types, office + K-12 classroom.

I have a query with respect to our Building and an aceptable level of energy metering. The building under certification is one of several buildings however has common heating and cooling production
