Animal Research Facility with attached gates

We are a higher education campus and are Facility Alteration that had attached gates that were used for the animal research but are not needed now.

There's been a lot of discussion and questions in the past regarding whether there is some minimum amount of work required to earn this credit and MRc3.

Would a project with no facility alterations or additions during the performance period and as result with no relevant waste be still eligible for this credit?

Neither are mentioned in the Solid Waste Conversion Factors table in the EB O&M manual so I calculated their conversions from pounds to cubic yards using the given density for "Mixed waste".

I have heard rumors of GBCI allowing projects to use a facilities average diversion rate in liue of an actual project specific diversion rate, given it covers the projects performance period.

Does a Tenant Improvement (payed for by the tenant, not the building owner) count as a facility alteration under EBOM?

Commingled Waste Diversion

I see nothing in this credit that discusses commingled diversion methodologies or requires monthly diversion rate backup from facilities like the NC rating system.

If performance periods for different credits have to end within the same 30 day period, and our solid waste was hauled and tracked during the period of the project's additions and alterations, this
