What does USGBC/GBCI accept when you have a range of recycled content. For example, Sika/Sarnafil has a 5-10% Post consumer recycled content on one of their projects in their documentation.

How does one count the recycled content of fabrics used in furnishings? Do you have to separate out the cost of the fabric relative to the cost of the chair?

I rec'd product data for recycled content on the alum. frame stating material composed of 25% post-consumer primary, and 50% post-industrial scrap.
