Should the cost of Division 12 furnishings be included in MR4 and MR5 credits if these items were purchased outside of the construction budget?

Hello, I may have a question similar to above. In regards to the costs that get included in table L-3 CSI Divisions 3-10 as well as Table L-4 CSI Division 12.

When documenting the furniture value of an order for credits MRc4 thru Mrc7, do we include local tax, installation and freight on the total order?

Do we need to list pillows? or are they considered accessories?

This LEED CI project would like to maintain privacy in regards to their materials budget.

The question i have pertains to the way information is placed on manufacturers websites and the validity of the information posted.

If a project is using less than 30% of the furniture budget's worth of pre-owned furniture, and thus not attempting MRc3.2, can that be used towards MRc4 instead?

In LEED v3 CI are furniture and furnishings budget still required to be included in the MR credits 4,5, & 6?

I thought I had seen a recent post or article that some MEP materials could now be included in the materials calculation; ductwork or piping for example. Now I can't locate the reference.
