Hello, In the reference guide, it is written that for "Option 2 Air Testing", the test must be conducted after construction ends and within 14 days following occupancy.

Do we have to document flush-out somehow for the credit compliance? Is any report or declaration needed?

Can the Owner or GC do the IAQ test themselves ie be responsible for setting the test can and chain of custody to the lab?
