Hello, We are going C&S, but we know the occupants for one tenant and we are projecting the occupants for the other tenants, which is how we calculated WE1 and is based on the IBC 2009 Occupan

Space usage type - kitchen

We got a comment back from preliminery review regarding kitchen in an office building. We defined these Spaces as retail general which apparently was incorrect.
