Tenant Guidelines credit substitution to v4?

Now that Tenant Guidelines in v2009 are a bit dated, I’m referring to that CI v2009 no longer exists for new projects, wouldn’t it make more sense to use v4 credit requirements instead?

Like Melissa Merryweather, I am writing SSc9 Tenant Guidelines for a LEED v2009 C&S project, and now we are well past the line where any tnenat would have to pursue LEED-CI v4.

We understand that the tenant guidelines are just recommendations and not requirements. And the items that the owner would want to enforce will be included in the legal tenant and lease agreement.
