Hi, we are pursuing the option 2 and we have no problems selecting the 10 basic services within a 1/2 mile since we are located on an urban core area.

If I go for the exemplary performance credit but use path 2, I would need to show 120,000 SF/acre in a site area twice my base.

The sample calculations in the Tool Kit example all have a building on the property. My real life example has some areas with surface parking and no building.
