Gym Memberships and shower access for C&S

The FTE Occupants on the project is 123, and therefore 1 shower should be required in my opinion. The project secured a complete gym membership for 1 full time employee on the Project.

Is it mandatory to use the occupancy determined by the Air Conditioning Design (if available) instead of the Default Occupancy stablished at CS appendix 1?

I received a comment back from the GBCI saying that the compliance with regards to bike racks and showers must be demonstrated, independently, by each type of space.
