Same Landscaped Area but Different Plantings?

CS-2009 WEc1:Water Efficient Landscaping
posted by  Brian Salazar  on

I should know this, but.... Is it OK to run the WEc1 calcs with the same landscaped area (in square feet), but with different plantings in the baseline and design cases?

Mixed species

Do the different species of plants need to be listed individually on the form or does 'Mixed' suffice? The green roof consists of a mix of trees, shrubs, and flowers. Thanks!

Hi all, we would know if it's possible to use the condensate water from air-treatment in HVAC systems for irrigation to meet the intent of WE c1. Do you know it? Thanks.

Interior Green Garden

Would we need to take into account the water consumption by the interior (indoor) garden that consists of some small trees and planters? Or only the exterior landscaping is accounted for?
