Which is the HVAC load installed by tenant owner's or tenant's?

The HVAC load in alternative path in LEED 2009 CS are counted as owner's load according to the instruction of two examples in "EAp2_TenantOwnerLoadAdjustment.xls".

Zone Heights & Voids for 90.1 PRM

When modelling a building to the ASHRAE 90.1 PRM what conventions should be used in terms of room heights. Are floor voids and ceiling voids merged into the height of the rooms? Advise needed.

LEED-CS v2.0 Title-24 2005 equivalent to ASHRAE 90.1-2004?

For projects registered under LEED-CS v2.0, is Title-24 2005 deemed equivalent to ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2004 for showing compliance with the EAc1 requirements?

Back up Energy source in Energy Modeling

I have an office building that will use solar pannels to generate hot sanitary water. But it will have an electric heaters aswell for back up. How can I consider this in my Model???.

We've learned that for projects with partial renovation and partial expansion a new points thresholds should be calculated for EAc1.

Hi, Is there any guidance on what service hot water consumption should be used in the energy model in USgal/h.pers or Lts/day/ person. What would USGBC look out for here ? Thanks in advance.
