Hi all, Our project is a commercial tower mainly with offices and few retail shops. The total area is 272,500 sq. ft. and we have provided waste collection area of 620 sq. ft. in the basement.

We are looking to install a 5000L Molok recycling bin for a LEED 2009 CS building that will be a restaurant. According to the reference guide a 11.6m recycling area would be required.

Tristan, As you can see from the two longer threads here, several of us are struggling with the issue of dedicated recycling areas inside the building vs.

I am confused on how to document the floorplan requirement for this prerequisite.
