Has anyone used both the standard California Department of Health AND the VOC limit path outlined in the PIEACP together in one project and been approved?

Does anyone know if the graphic arts coating VOC limit of 500 g/L used for Game Line paints is acceptable or do game line paints have to comply with the 150 g/L limit effective 1/1/14?

Is it okay to paint interior components of the building outside of the building but on-site using paints/coatings exceeding the VOC content limits?

Does anyone have any guidance (or graphic/ spreadsheet) in making it through the VOC budget process?

I am very confused on what standards I should be using for this credit (and IEQ 4.1).

on page 483 table 1 is a Standard VOC limits chart. the last date on this is 7/1/08 yet this is LEED for Schools 2009. Is it correct to assume that this chart has not been updated since 2008?

I am wondering if anyone has had success categorizing court marking paint for wood athletic courts as "graphic art coatings" under SCAQMD 1113, which changes the VOC limit to 500 g/L?

We are working on a large school renovation. They need to clean some floors with strippers... do those need to comply with VOC requirements? If so, would it fall under paints and coatings?
