New LEED project inside an already certified LEED Project

An office building was constructed and awarded LEED Silver. Now, a new building is being planned to be constructed inside the LEED project boundary of the the already certified LEED project.

Hi, I am working on a project with 3 towers over a shared 2-storey basement. Each tower is being certified separately.

We have a hangar project with an admin building attached all new construction. Does the boundary only need to include the construction that will do with the hangar/admin only?

The registered project includes commercial core and shell space with an adjoining housing tower which will be scored under the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard.

Our project is a new football stadium on a college campus. Is it acceptable to limit our project boundary to include just the pressbox / suite tower?

Our project is currently registered under NC 2009. This 66,500sf project consists of a new classroom addition to an existing 53,000sf building, which achieved LEED silver under NC 2.2.

what is the definition of a non-LEED-certifiable building? does it mean your not going to attempt to certify them or that they dont qualify/meet minimum requirements?

Project of 2 buildings in one territory

I am working on a project who has two buildings in his land, but only one of them (an office building) will be in the process of becoming LEED NC.
