We are building a LEED project next to an existing road. It is a gravel road owned by the same entity that owns the LEED project, and they also own the property across the road.

I'm not sure whether I can (or should) include a parking garage in a project I'm working on. The parking garage is located in an adjacent building and has a separate owner.

Our project site includes the LEED project (new building) and a separate (not connected) existing building that will remain.
