Hello, MPR3 describe situation for "Project boundaries that include other buildings".

We are working on a development where the project site is composed of two adjacent parcels of land.

we set our site boundary per USGBC rules on this (building, portion of site regularly used by and relating to function of the building, etc).

Our project site includes the LEED project (new building) and a separate (not connected) existing building that will remain.

I need some input. I have a project with an existing LEED boundary. The client did some site work - hardscaping and landscaping within the boundary after our project was occupied.

I am currently defining LPB for 3 different LEED projects under the same developer.

We have an administration complex consisting of two basement levels having parking and utility rooms, and above ground a 4-storey podium and a tower both serving as office spaces.

Our project, a 200,000 sqft CS office tower (much more to the 20% of the total area) shares 3 levels of underground parking lot with two other buildings (Movie theater, shops, restaurants).

The project is a stand-alone office building but it's connected to the existing building to the south by a 70' covered link.

Dear all, This building has a roof structure that goes beyond the property line in order to shade the sidewalk next to it. It's a public building, that's why.
