Exempting Space for LEED EBOM

Our building includes offices attached to a manufacturing facility by a hallway and kitchen area. The initial goal was to just get the offices and kitchen area LEED certified for EBOM.

We have a project on a university campus. The university maintains the roads on the campus, although there is public access 24/7.

I am working on a project where the building footprint occupies the entire site. The project is constructing completely new surface amenities inthe right-of-way, including landscaping.

The registered project includes commercial core and shell space with an adjoining housing tower which will be scored under the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard.

Our project is a new football stadium on a college campus. Is it acceptable to limit our project boundary to include just the pressbox / suite tower?

Our project is currently registered under NC 2009. This 66,500sf project consists of a new classroom addition to an existing 53,000sf building, which achieved LEED silver under NC 2.2.

Project of 2 buildings in one territory

I am working on a project who has two buildings in his land, but only one of them (an office building) will be in the process of becoming LEED NC.

Hello, We are currently preparing our project for final review, and realized that that we drew our project boundary in such a way that disqualifies us from SSc8.
