I am working on a project that is a part of campus. This project will be located next to a 4-story existing parking garage shared by other adjacent non-LEED certified buildings.

Hi, We have a 16 story building which is going under major renovation. The new Owner wants to get the building certified as C&s. The issue is that the ground floor will be shared with a Hotel.

Our building includes offices attached to a manufacturing facility by a hallway and kitchen area. The initial goal was to just get the offices and kitchen area LEED certified for EBOM.
