Hello,

I have an office building project with the following data :

Total GFA (3 underground parking levels + 8 levels above the floor) : 83 108 sf

An existing V2009 Project is getting an expansion that will fall under V4.

WE have a project that is an addition to an existing building. The addition is served by the HVAC from the existing building.

We are pursuing an office project that would be essentially an addition to a parking structure that is being built design-build just several months in advance of when our work would take place.

LEED O&M 2009 reference guide stated (page xxii) that "certification applies only to whole buildings" and that "the project of a multitenant building must involve at least 90% of the total gros

Hello, I am currently working on a project and we are targeting LEED ND. As part of LEED ND, one of the buildings will be LEED NC certified.
