Both Option 1 & Option 2 achievable

Hello,

Our project site qualifies both for Option 1. Historic District and Option 2. Priority Designation of the credit. Is it possible to claim two points for this credit?

Dear all, can anyone explain "satisfaction of the authority"? Under German law the property owner is obligated to remediate all contaminations.

We have a project that is not required to do site contamination testing, and does not believe there is any reason for the site to have contamination (they have always owned the site), so they did n

Main Street Program as a Priority Designation

Our project is located 2 blocks from the nearest historic district, but is within the Downtown area encompassed by the local Main Street Program.
