Our project is an office building located on a Univeristy campus. All the roads on campus are 25MPH or less. 

1) Is there a minimum length of the bicylce network?

Does a "shared lane" qualify to be included as part of a bicycle network? Here in Wichita KS they are designated by a sharrow symbol painted on the street.

bicycle storage (racks) are located inside enclosed carparks - distances from bicycle network and main entrance

We are building a child care center for toddlers age 0-5, therefore we did not register under New Schools as the project does not include grades K-12.
