Definition of main entrance

In the LEED v4 reference guide, it is given that the bicycle storage should be provided within 100' of the main entrance. Is it main entrance of the project building or project site?

This must be obvious to everyone but me since I don't see a question on this. Our project is adjacent to a well established bike trail that extends for 10 miles or more in both directions.

The Project has a restaurant that is for office-employees only - can the transients be counted as 0 if the restaurant only will be used by employees?
