Our city has dedicated bike lanes, off-street paths, and "bike-friendly" streets. Our project has fairly good connectivity to many amenities using just one street with a dedicated bike lane.

The LEED manual states that transients = visitors. The credit requirements are percentages based on peak visitors. Appendix 2 in the manual gives defaults on transients (visitors).

I have a LEEDv4 for Schools project where all students, staff and facility live on campus. Would dormitory showers count towards this credit?
