I would like to ask for a clarification related to the allowed modification of the lighting boundary.

Does a greenhouse need to be included in the light pollution calculations? (e.g.,  the vertical illuminances and the percentage of total lumens emitted above horizontal)

Government mandated roadway lighting is exempted from light pollution reduction calculations. What about correctional facilities?

Facade mounted fixtures are exempt from the B backlight part of the bug rating.

We have a project that has no exterior lighting - not even emergency egress, as the travel paths go through an existing, compliant building.
