Is a drawing review of the building envelope required by EAp1 Fundamental Cx if Enhanced Option 2 is not being pursued?

Can someone clarify what is the extent of envelope design review by a Commissioning Authority (CxA)

1) Fundamental Commissioning

2) Enhanced Commissioning
