getting hot water from CHP, but not the power. Can I still get the credit of the power produced?

Hi! My project is getting hot water from the central combined heat and power plant in the campus, but it's NOT getting the electricity from it.

For a facilities with increased process load (more than 60%), other than data centers, including but not limited to industrial facilities, is there a particular guidance in establishing a baseline

Wondering if anyone is using predictive (i.e., Future) climate data rather than past climate data when performing energy models.

The energy used by electric vehichle charging stations within the LEED Project Boundary is not included within the eneryg model.
