we are applying the Campus Approach to certify a set of buildings within the same site (using the LEED NC BD+C v4).

While the LEEDonline form does not specifically list this as a requirement, I have always uploaded the waste tickets/receipts as supporting documentation along with the MR CWM calculator

I'm working on a university project and was just notified by our contractor that from February to June their waste hauler took all waste to landfill due to concerns about their employees being expo

I'm hopeful that everyone on this forum has seen the BD+C LEED v4.1 new language for MRc5 regarding commingled waste in the current draft, which as of yesterday is no longer a draft -

Our project is a hotel for which all guestrooms are being manufactured as modular units. This will certainly save waste, and we are interested in pursuing Option 2.
