Under Option 2, the credit language says "The budget method organizes the building interior into six assemblies:" but then proceeds to list only five. Anyone know what the sixth is?

If we know were are only going to achieve 3 or 5 categories as compliant, is it still necessary to track all 6 categories and report in the xcel form, or do we just track the categories we think we
