I have a lavatory faucet that are automatically controlled (sensor control) and a flow rate of 5 l per minute. In accordance to the LEED manual the baseline is 1.9 l per minte.

 The potential way to target water reduction is by monitoring the water use for flushing. Is it necessary to install a water meter for each piping that goes to separate toilets?

Hi, I am quite confused as to how to calculate compliance for Option 2 Metered Water Use. We have the consumption data for 12 months for a building however the calculator is only for Option 1.

If the percentage below water consumption maximum is calculated to be -22% (not 0%) by using the calculator, is the pre-requisite met or not?

Multifamily Buildings

For multifamily buildings where the residents are responsible for purchasing and installing fixtures, for Option 1 do I need to survey every fixture in every apartment?
