Flush out for building without mechanical ventilation

Hey, I am working on a office project which will have no mechanical ventilation, and where it was decided to persue the flush out path for "IEQc4 Indoor Air quality Assessment".

Has anyone recently accesed IWMI for ETO rates? It used to be very straightforward but now the site has changed and the database doesnt seem to be accesible anymore to produce monthly ETO.

We are having a tough time getting the costs from our subs. The subs says that the cost is bundled with other material and they can't break it up.
