Our project is pursuing LEED BD+C for Healthcare v4. Under the Minimum Energy Performance prereq, it is stated that the building must comply with the mandatory provisions of ASHRAE 90.1 2010.

All innovations are now lumped under INc1.  If I submit INc1 with a couple strategies in the design preliminary review, and respond to comments in the design final review, will I still be able

Path 3 states: "manage on site the runoff from the developed site for the 85th percentile ". I guess this requirement was made to exclude the sidewalk from calculations.
