I'm using the Outdoor water use reduction calculator_v02 from the resources tab since the project its outside USA.

Still confused about how to treat/account for the first floor for the retail/commercial spaces with 4 stories of apartments above.

If our project has done Phase 2 ESA and followed by ASTM Standards E1903,  can it be considered to fully meet the requirements of this credit?
