NC-v4 EQc1:Enhanced indoor air quality strategies

Hi everyone! On our project, we are placing rollout mats on the exterior but under roof hanging. Do you have any suggestion on brand/model/type we can get to achieve this credit?

If a sealant submittal has a VOC Standard of 9g/L ASTM D3960; will the product be compliant under CDPH Standard Method v1.1 sealant threshold and thus considered a low emitting product?

Baseline Lab Systems

NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance
posted by  Cory Duggin  on

I got a comment on a project that said G3.1.1 exception c means that all qualifying lab spaces would be assigned to one system 5/7 for the whole building not one per floor.  Is that correct?

Is "rainwater collected" considered "reclaimed water"?

NC-v4 WEp3:Building-level water metering

Is "rainwater collected" considered "reclaimed water", I am very confused because according to the LEED guide definition, "reclaimed water" is like a kind of treated and purified wastewater.
