Zero Lot line / < 1 Acre site

CS-v4 SSp1:Construction activity pollution prevention

Our project sits on .8 acres and is a zero lot line project (including ~25 SF of hardscape). Local juristiction exempts our project from developing a SWPPP.

Can amenities inside the project building be counted in the Surrounding Density and Diverse Uses credit?

As per the subject, my project by nature is a semi-conductor manufacturing plant located in an industrial park with limited amenities located within 800meters of walking distance.

Are kitchen sinks exempt from the Water Sense label

On one page of the LEED V4 reference guide it says all Lav faucets are to be Water Sense Labeled. On another page it says ALL faucets need to be Water Sense?

Is it forbidden by the LEED to have à Infrared Taps / sensor taps/automatic Taps

Could you told me if it is forbidden by the LEED standard to put an infrared tap in the toilet?

metered faucets

Are you still allowed to install metered faucets in public lavs, you just can't claim an savings from the conversion?

Watersense labeling for urinal bowls...flushmeters...or both?

Using the logic from the previous posts below on water closets, flushmeters and bowls etc, one might draw a conclusion that the GBCI has a similar response/position for urinals that are NOT complet
