For a retail interior project in Europe the question is, is there an ACP for the energy modelling (software) instead of ASHREA which is not common in EU.

We're working on a project where multiple versions of ASHRAE 90.1 are enforced. LEED v4 enforces 2010 and other government agencies enforce 2016 (also potentially 2013).

We have a case for our project, the production need steam so they use boiler, but the fuel is biomass (sugarcane bagasse, rice husk, rice straw, coconut shell, peanut shell, agric
