Light reflection from the facade

Ligting engineer asked me if he should include light reflection from the facade in the ligthing simulation for Light trespass Option 2. Could anyone confirm this?

We have 2 nos of squat toilet within the development for the security and driver room. However, the flushing system will be manual using bucket.
