My project is a garment factory which produces a lot of garment waste (scraps, cuttings, etc), which we use to fuel the boiler in the factory.

CAN WE USE AN OLD VOC TEST CONTENT CERTIFICATE FOR MATERIAL APPROVAL? 

WE ARE IN 2019 AND THE CERTIFICATE IS ISSUED IN 2011

I want to ask what does UPEC certified materials and certif logo mean ? Is it leed compliant? 

How will it help in getting points in leed? 

If i have a specification regarding materials to bE leed conpliant ,, how this will help me in getting the points??
