my question is related with the need to consider (or not) daylight controls in baseline building. Table G3.1 (bullet 6) from ASHRAE 90.1-2010 states the following:

Hi, I used the current calculator that is on this site but I found out it goes to the max mercury content per bulb instead of the average of the building.

Soil testing

LEED On Line Not Working

I presume others are experiencing LEED On Line not working and saying "We will be back soon! We are performing maintenance and will be back online shortly".
