Option 4 Building LCA Clarification

NC-v4 MRc1:Building life-cycle impact reduction
posted by  Peko Xejis  on

Hi, I'm confused about this option, according to the LEEDUSER's viewpoint page of this credit, if I don't have any existing building to use, I cannot pursue this option?

Thanks.

Is this always considered a single stream? What method of documentation should the waste facility provide to comply with the requirement of this credit?

Regarding the ETS Control Requirement for LEEDv4 that prohibits smoking inside the building and within the property line. Is it allowed to provide a certain area say 11th floor for smoking?

I am pursuing Option 1. The credit says: "20 different permanently installed products." Would appliances count?
