Hello, do these 2 rules:

Water bodies. Areas on or within 100 feet (30 meters) of a water body, except for minor improvements.

We have a project on a university campus that will have no new parking associated with the project. However, the design team is hoping to achieve points for LTc8.

This credit measures walking distance from the building's "main entrance" while the transit access credit specifies measurement from any "functional entrance".

Does low-emitting and fuel efficient vehicles parking count as preferred parking?
