Can a Core and Shell project include tenant construction debris in overall CWM calculations? Often tenant construction is concurrent with core and shell construction.

Credit For Demolished Concrete for use as backfill

Previously, We have been a part of projects in which LEED credit has been given for the re-use of concrete, both structural and flat work, used to backfill an old gravel pit.

As stated in the Leeduser’s viewpoint the SSc4: Rainwater management is a combination of stormwater quality control and quantity control of previous LEED V3 credits SSc6.1 and SSc6.2.
