NAUF in Low Emitting Calculator for Comp Wood

Given all the discussion and confusion about composite wood certification issues, why does the version 3 Low Emitting Materials Calculator include NAUF in the pull down for compliant composite wood

V4 NC says that a site assessment is a pre-requisite, but then underneath it says for "schools and healthcare". Does this mean is it not a pre-requisite for other types of buildings?

Can sink use dictate type of sink (kitchen/bathroom ) for determining indoor water use reduction rates?

If a sink located in a bar area is used only for washing hands can it be counted as a bathroom sink, or does the sink location dictate its type?

Campus District Cooling Tower

Our project is on a University campus, which utilizes a Distrcit Plant.  There is no Cooling Tower directly within our project, but there is one at the District Plant.

Data Center Baseline System Selection

We are modeling a large data center for LEED V4 using the ASHRAE 2010 appendix G as the baseline. The selection of baseline system is not completely clear to me and I was hoping for some guidance.
