we're doing a hotel.  Owner's preferred guestroom mini-frig is NOT Energy Star compliant (as you know, many appliances that used to be Energy Star no longer are under new requirements).

There is a very specific comment that eligible toilet fixtures only include tank style fixtures. Yet I see commercial style flush valve fixtures on the EPA WaterSense website.
