Exemption for Protected Buildings

CS-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance
posted by  Ciaran McCabe  on

Hi, Is there any exemptions from the ASHRAE 62.1 for buildings that are protected by local authorities. For example such buildings are protected because they are of architectural interest.

Does restored area have to be preserved for the life of the building, as v2009?  It appears this is no longer a requirements in v4. Can any one confirm?

Does Open Space have to be preserved for the life of the building?  This previous v2009 requirement seems to have been removed from v4.  Can anyone confirm? Thanks

I'm not sure where to post a question about this credit as we are submitting it as an ID credit under Core and Shell v2009. I'm not sure how to proceed.

LEED v4 (as far as I can tell) does not include guidance on Supplementary Cementitious Materials (SCMs), and how to use fly ash to contribute towards MRc3 Option 2.  Does anyone out there
