EKOenergy labeled I-RECs

May I use EKOenergy instead of I-RECs for this credit?

Or EKOenergy labeled I-RECs instead of "REC Brazil" labeled I-RECs?

Is carpet included in Low emitting material calculation?

From the LEED v4 CI reference guide, it seems there is no mention of carpet towards low emitting material calculation.

Understand that we need at least five materials to be targeted for diversion. For our project, all C&D waste will be commingled and sent to the recycling facility for sorting and recycling.

Project team has selected Option 2 of Rainwater Management Credit. Site is 3.85 acres. Geotech report indicates underlying soils to be clays with little to no infiltration potential.
